Payments

All payments must be made on the 1st working day of each month, unless prior arrangements made with the Owner or Manager. There is no monthly invoice; however, we will hand out tax receipts during the first week of March.
We accept eTransfer Interac Debit only, post-dated cheques* or cash.

*It is your responsibility to know when your cheques run out

 

Late tuition fees

1st to 3rd day of the month - no fee
4th to 10th day of the month - $20.00
11th to 15th day of the month - $25.00
After the 15th day  - $35.00

Late pick-up fees 

The facility closes at 6:00pm. If your child is not picked up by this time, you will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute past closing.
All outstanding late pickup fees must be paid in full by the end of the month

Late fees are due regardless of inclement weather, traffic delays or other situations that may arise.

 

Reimbursements

The facility requires 30-days notice to reimburse any unused tuition fees. 
If you have paid the month’s fees and withdraw before your start date without submitting your 30-day notice, you will not be reimbursed. 

Withdrawals

The facility requires 30-days notice of withdrawal. 
Please submit your notice to Jeanine Halstead (Owner) or Angela MacPherson (Manager). Failure of 30-days notice will result in a one-month fee charge.
